Ethiopian Sidamo Arerosa

Summary

A specialty coffee from the Sidamo region of southeastern Ethiopia, specifically from the Aroresa washing station located at 1856 meters above sea level at the foot of the Bale Mountains. The coffee is grown by local farmers under the shade of native Birbira, Wanza, and Acacia trees. The cool breezes of the region allow for slow cherry ripening, resulting in a sweeter and more complex flavor profile. Medium roasted whole bean coffee.
