Ethiopian Guji Bule Hora is a specialty coffee from the Guji region of Ethiopia. The coffee is grown at 1856 meters above sea level in the Bale mountain foothills. Local farmers cultivate the coffee under the shade of native Birbira, Wanza, and Acacia trees. The cool breezes allow for slow cherry ripening, resulting in a sweeter, more complex flavor profile. Medium roasted, 100% Arabica whole bean coffee.
