Coffee B is a Budapest roaster with a refreshingly humble philosophy: they'll bring the expertise, but ultimately you decide what you like. They roast fresh 100% arabica to a medium 'city' level — aiming to keep each coffee's character while dialling back harsh acidity — pulling beans from Africa, Asia and the Americas. The founders' thing is travelling and tasting widely, then sharing that range rather than pushing one house dogma. It's mainly a webshop operation, based on Orczy út. A friendly, unpretentious pick if you want freshly roasted single origin specialty coffee and a roaster that actually trusts your palate.
