A Fairtrade Colombian coffee from the Medellin region, produced by associations and cooperatives of small and medium-sized farms. Grown at 1400-1500 metres altitude. Varieties include Caturra, Castillio, Colombia, and F7 strains. Processed by handpicking, fermentation, and dried on parabolic beds and roof-type drying patios. Dark roasted with a light mouthfeel. Tasting notes of apple and raspberry. Suitable for espresso, filter, cafetiere, Aeropress, Chemex, and stovetop brewing.
