A wet-hulled coffee from the Ara Cahayani Gayo co-operative in Aceh, northern Sumatra. Sourced from around 500 smallholder farmers in the Gayo Highland region at 1200-1600 masl. Varieties include Gayo 1, Gayo 2, and Gayo 3. The wet-hulled (Giling Basah) process produces a fruity and complex cup with chocolate, lemonade, and toasted nuts notes.
