Pampojilá W.
Summary
Finca Pampojilá was established in the late 1800s on the southern side of Lake Atitlán in Guatemala, surrounded by beautiful mountains. The Díaz family purchased the farm in 2012 and completely renovated it after damage from Tropical Storm Agatha, planting higher quality Arabica varieties and modernizing the processing plant. This washed coffee from the Caturra variety is grown at 1550m altitude with spontaneous fermentation. Flavour notes include gooseberry, sugarcane, and cashew. Recommended for filter brewing.
