Pampojilá (2025)
Summary
Finca Pampojilá was founded in the late 1800s on the southern side of Lake Atitlán, surrounded by beautiful mountains. Coffee has been produced here for over 150 years. In 2012, the Díaz family purchased the farm and fully renovated it after Tropical Storm Agatha. After planting higher quality Arabica varieties, productivity, quality and plant health improved rapidly. The processing facility was modernized. This lot is Caturra variety, dry processed with anaerobic fermentation, grown at 1550m altitude. Flavour notes include cranberry, red wine and nougat. Recommended for espresso.
