Summary
The Muyongwe washing station in Rwanda's Northern Province (Gakenke district) works with smallholder farmers from surrounding villages including Coko, Rushashi, Rulindo and Muhondo. Established in 2007, Muyongwe CWS maintains strict quality focus throughout processing, having earned numerous awards including a Cup of Excellence first place. This washed coffee features Bourbon variety with spontaneous fermentation. Tasting notes include medlar, rosehip and lime. Filter roast only.
