Cocaine For Coffee™ is a Bolivian coffee from the Cocaine for Coffee Project in the Apolo region of Northern Bolivia, produced by an indigenous community of 35 families who transitioned from growing coca to growing coffee. Grown at 1700m altitude, this washed coffee features Red & Yellow Catuai varieties. It is roasted to a medium profile with notes of marshmallow, cocoa, orange, chocolate, caramelized sugars, and ripe fruit. The project supports sustainable employment for farming families, with farmers paid above fair trade standards.
