Summary
Ethiopian coffee from the Mundayo Washing Station in West Arsi, produced by around 750 smallholder farmers at 1,950-2,100 m. Heirloom Ethiopian varieties, processed naturally: cherries are sorted, cleaned and dried in the sun on raised beds for approximately 21 days. Flavour notes of red berry, peach, bergamot, caramel and dark chocolate, with a clear fruity sweetness and a wine-like, vibrant acidity. Roasted as a filter coffee.
