Washed coffee from the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia, produced at the Halo Beriti Washing Station from cherries of around 750 smallholder farmers. The lot is hand-sorted multiple times, fermented 8-12 hours, washed, and dried on raised beds. Flavor profile: peach, toffee, raspberry, creamy caramel, with floral, tea-like notes and a hint of bergamot.
