Buon Caffe is a Taiwanese specialty roaster with a slightly nerdy, freshness-obsessed streak — they talk about a 'scientific roasting team' and roast curated single origins across the whole spectrum, from light to dark. Expect the usual specialty stars done well: Ethiopian Yirgacheffe, Kenya, Peru, Indonesia and Central Americans, available as whole beans or handy 15g drip bags, plus a 'Buon Plus' premium tier. There's no café — this is an online roaster — but they do ship cross-border for overseas orders.
