This coffee comes from the Sky Project collaboration in the Sidama Bensa region of Ethiopia, grown at 2500–2550m elevation. Produced by farmer Tamiru Tadesse from Alo Village. The coffee is the 74158 JARC variety, processed using the natural (dry) method with enhanced block selection and size screening. It features a light roast profile with vibrant notes of passion fruit, pineapple, mixed berries, and cocktail, offering intense aroma concentration and bright sweet-acid balance reminiscent of tropical fruit beer.
