Taramesa – Bio – Ethiopia
Summary
Taramesa is a naturally processed heirloom Arabica coffee from the Guji highlands of Ethiopia, grown at 1800–1900 meters by smallholder farmers in a cooperative using organic, regenerative practices. The cup is sparkling and fruit-forward with juicy, vibrant acidity and a sweet, candy-like edge. Flavour notes include redcurrant candy, lime zest, and red apple, with a soft lingering sweetness. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
