Rwanda Bwishaza Cooperative CM Natural coffee from Rutsiro District, Western Province. Produced by the Bwishaza Cooperative's Kungahara Women's Subgroup, managed by Samuel Nshimiyimana, with 206 women members. Bourbon variety grown at 1650-1800 masl. Processed using CM Natural method: whole coffee cherries fermented in GrainPro bags with added CO2 for 48 hours, then dried on African-style raised beds. Flavor profile includes orange zest acidity, grape jelly sweetness, baking spice, and brown sugar cinnamon notes.
