Duwancho - Full Spectrum
Summary
This Ethiopian coffee from the Arbegona district of Sidama is grown at high elevations (2150-2300 MASL) by smallholders and processed at the Duwancho washing station. It is a blend of two lots: 60% anaerobic honey and 40% washed. The cup is fresh and lightly floral at first, then fruited and structured like new world wine, with a subtle funk. Notes of peach iced tea and raspberry lemonade. Varieties include 74110 and 74158.
