He oversees his own farms in Bombe and Kokose, each with their own drying station, and also purchases coffee from about 100 smallholders in his community. This coffee is an Anaerobic Natural processed lot of the JARC 74158 variety, grown at 2215 MASL. The cup profile features berry, floral, and bergamot aromatics, with raspberry, mango, fruit cocktail, milk chocolate, and black tea notes. Light roasted.
