Kenya Kirinyaga Kii AB is a filter roast coffee from the Kirinyaga region of Kenya, produced by smallholder members of the Rungeto Farmers Cooperative Society (FCS) and processed at Kii Factory. The coffee undergoes a fully washed process: selective handpicking of ripe cherry, careful sorting, pulping, fermentation for 16-24 hours, washing with clean water from the Kii River, 12-hour soaking, and slow drying on raised beds for approximately 14 days. Grown at 1,310 to 1,900 meters above sea level.
