Oromia Bishan
Summary
Single-origin Ethiopian coffee from the Bishan Wate Washing Station in the Hambella Wamena district of West Guji. Heirloom varieties grow at 1900-2200 meters. Cherries are depulped within hours of picking, fermented 36-48 hours, washed in clean flowing water, then dried on raised African beds under parabolic shade nets for 5-7 days. The cup is vibrant and elegant with clean sweetness, refined acidity and lifted floral complexity, showing notes of orange blossom and apricot jam.
