Ethiopia Ky Kebero – Fully Washed

Summary

A fully washed Arabica from the Sidamo highlands of southern Ethiopia, grown at 1900–2100 meters. Made up of native heirloom varieties, it offers crisp citrus acidity, stone fruit sweetness, and subtle chocolate with floral and herbal notes like lavender, jasmine, and bergamot. The ripe berries are hand-picked, fermented for 36–48 hours, washed, and dried on raised African beds for 12–15 days. The name pays tribute to the rare Ethiopian wolf, and the coffee supports conservation efforts.
