The coffee is of the Sarchimor variety, grown at 1350 meters altitude, and processed using the Natural E73 method involving natural processing with 48 hours of anaerobic fermentation in plastic tanks followed by 20 days of drying on African beds. It has a cupping score of 88. The flavor profile includes notes of pineapple, passion fruit, and cherry praline, with medium phosphoric acidity and a dense body. Best suited for filter brewing.
