Summary
Acacia Blend is a seasonal rotation of specialty coffees from Mexico and Peru. The Mexican component (Monte Albán) from Oaxaca features Bourbon and Typica varieties, washed processed, with notes of yellow fruit, almond, citrus, vanilla, and honey. The Peruvian component (Ukuku) from Cajamarca features Caturra, Bourbon, and Catuai varieties grown at 1550-2000 masl, with notes of zesty lime, honeydew melon, and milk chocolate with elderflower aroma. The blend offers flavours of honeydew melon, orange, elderflower, golden apple, strawberry, and zesty lime with a floral tea-like aftertaste. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
