Ecuador Putushio Typica Mejorado Washed is a light roast coffee from Finca Putushio, a collaboration between José Jijón and his father Pepe Jijón, located in the Intag Valley of Ecuador. The coffee is of the Typica Mejorado variety, processed using the traditional washed method: picked and depulped the same day, washed in fresh spring water, and slow-dried on covered raised beds for thirty days. Grown at 2222 meters elevation, it offers tasting notes of sweet plum, clementine, and rose.
