Bali Karana - Natúr
Summary
Peruvian coffee from the Jaén district of Cajamarca, grown at 1,900 m on the Bali Karana farm tended by Elvis Ronal Saavedra Saucedo. The Caturra variety is washed processed and roasted medium, giving a round, caramel-sweet cup with notes of nectarine, caramel and cola. The northern Peruvian Andes, with their high-altitude climate, mineral-rich volcanic soil and tropical rains, provide the growing conditions, and neighbouring farms have been cared for by the same families for generations.
