This lot is dried in its mucilage for 20 to 45 days, with cool, heavy winds at high elevation ensuring even drying. Grown in nutrient-rich volcanic soil between 1900 and 2100 meters above sea level, it features Caturra and Catuai varieties. The cup is smooth and silky with layers of ripe pear and rich English toffee, offering a balanced, sweet profile.
