The lot combines coffees from six main farms including Recreio, Rainha, Santa Alina, Cachoeira da Grama, Irarema and Santa Inês, alongside smaller producers across the valley. Varieties include Yellow Bourbon, Catuaí, and Catucaí, grown at 1000-1300 meters above sea level in a temperate tropical climate with fertile volcanic soils. Processed using the natural method with sugar-cane decaffeination. Flavour profile features hazelnut, milk chocolate, and creamy notes. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
