A blend of two low-caffeine coffee varieties, Aramosa and Laurina, from Daterra farm in the Cerrado region of Brazil. Owned by the Pascaol family, Daterra is known for innovative farming and processing techniques. Grown at 1000-1200 masl and naturally processed, this coffee offers notes of nougat, dried cherry, and a smooth finish. Aramosa, a hybrid of Arabica and Racemosa, provides subtle florality and milk chocolate notes with half the caffeine of Arabica, while Laurina, a natural Bourbon hybrid, contributes vibrant fruit flavours with 25-50% less caffeine.
