The Wush Wush undergoes controlled fermentation inoculated with Bourbon Sidra Mosto (24-96 hours) and hybrid solar/mechanical drying. The Orange Bourbon undergoes thermal shock fermentation with yeast inoculation. Flavor notes include candy sweetness, bright floral notes, fruits, and chocolate.
