Summary
A Geisha coffee from Hacienda Copey in Costa Rica's Tarrazú region, grown at 1,840–2,195 masl. The coffee undergoes a Natural Anaerobic process: whole cherries are fermented in sealed oxygen-free tanks for 72 hours, then dried on raised beds. Flavour notes include mandarine, peach, honey, white flower, and mangosteen. The farm is owned by Japan's Daito Giken and has won the Costa Rica Cup of Excellence.
