Summary
A Costa Rican Geisha variety from Hacienda Copey in the Tarrazu region, processed using natural anaerobic fermentation. Grown at 1,850–1,870 masl. The Don KS plot is named after the farm owner and has won 1st Place at the Costa Rica Cup of Excellence. Flavour profile includes tea rose, orange, champagne, white grapes, and strawberry. Produced by Hacienda Copey, a farm owned by Daito Giken, a Japanese electronics manufacturer. The coffee undergoes a four-day anaerobic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by a 23-day drying phase on raised beds and in a greenhouse.
