Summary
A single-origin natural processed coffee from Costa Rica, produced by Alejo Castro Kahle at Volcan Azul estate in the Alajuela Province, Grecia region. Grown at 1,500-1,700 masl. The H17 Hybrid variety (Catuai crossed with Ethiopian heirloom) undergoes a natural process where ripe cherries are selected via Brix measurement, fermented for 24 hours, then patio-dried for 12-15 days. Flavour notes include red plum, kiwi, brown sugar, and honey. Presented as UFO drip discs (8 discs per pack, 14g each), designed for pour-over style brewing.
