Summary

This Grade 1 microlot comes from the Guji Kercha station in Banko Michicha, Kercha District, Guji Zone, Ethiopia. The station works with 150 local smallholder farmers who grow regional varieties such as Kurume, Wolisho, Heirloom and Dega at altitudes between 1,900 and 2,050 meters above sea level. The coffee is processed using a pulped natural method followed by anaerobic fermentation in sealed stainless steel tanks, a technique known as the Wine Process. Tasting notes include wine, berries, and raisins. 100% Arabica, medium roast.
