Night Express Espresso Blend Entkoffeiniert
Summary
A classic Italian-style espresso blend from Brazil, made from decaffeinated Arabica and roasted as a regular espresso to preserve the full aroma spectrum. Decaffeinated using the CO2 method: green beans are steamed so they swell and open, then liquid CO2 under high pressure binds the caffeine and is removed before the coffee is gently dried. Flavour notes of caramel, nuts and grapefruit, with medium intensity (3/5) and low acidity (2/5). Roasted medium-dark in Berlin. Suitable for fully automatic machines, moka pot, French press and portafilter.
