Ethiopia Natural Anaerobic Shantawene
Summary
Ethiopian coffee from the Shantawene high-altitude growing area in the Sidama zone, where smallholder farmers cultivate heirloom varieties at 1,900–2,400 masl. Ripe cherries are handpicked, sorted, fermented in sealed oxygen-free tanks, and sun-dried slowly on raised African beds. The anaerobic natural process delivers an expressive, juicy cup with vibrant tropical fruit punch and orange blossom notes. Roasted for both espresso-based drinks and filter brews. Available in 100g, 200g and 1kg resealable bags, whole bean or ground.
