Single origin coffee from El Salvador, grown by the Samayoa Denys family on Finca La Vega in the Tecapa-Chinameca region at 1050 meters above sea level. The Red Kenibon variety is a natural hybrid of Bourbon and a Kenyan variety. Processed using the anaerobic natural method: freshly harvested cherries are kept airtight in sacks for 48 hours, then dried on African beds under shade sails.
