The washed processing, with hand-harvested cherries shade-dried for 5-8 days, highlights fruity and floral notes. Flavour profile includes peach, jasmine, orange blossom, and orange, with a balanced citrus acidity and long floral finish. Suitable for filter preparation methods such as V60, Chemex, French press, and Moccamaster.
