Summary

Colombia, Ethiopia and Costa Rica · mostly washed and natural lots

Based in Berlin since 2002, 19grams is a specialty coffee roaster built on direct, transparent relationships with producers—always at eye level. With four cafes across the city—Alex, Boxi, Chaussee, and Schlesi—they're as much a local fixture as a destination for curious drinkers. Their lineup spans bright filter roasts, modern espressos, decaf that actually delivers, and rare microlots for when you want something special. They run a coffee lab at Alexanderplatz with courses to level up your home game. Rotating subscriptions (Coffee Club, Rockstar Club) keep things fresh. Philosophy in action, not just a label.
