A Brazilian coffee from Fazenda Inhame, processed with a 90-hour experimental fermentation. Catuai Vermelho variety grown at 1100-1200 masl. Tasting notes of Campari, pineapple, juniper berry, nectar, bright red wine, tropical fruits, blood orange, with a juicy body, medium/high lingering citric acidity and a lemonade aftertaste.
