Boho Honey - Rwanda
Summary
A fully washed Red Bourbon coffee from smallholder farmers in the Muzo area of northern Rwanda. Cherries are hand-picked and processed at the Muzo Coffee Washing Station, where they are pulped and dried with natural fruit clinging to the parchment, a honey process that develops deep sweetness and texture. Tasting notes include orange wine, raisins, and white chocolate.
