Cacao Craze - Brazil
Summary
A natural processed coffee from Brazil, produced by the Sancoffee cooperative in the Campo das Vertentes region. The cup offers classic Brazilian notes of milk chocolate, sweetness, and full body, with tasting notes of layers of cacao, cacao butter, caramel, almonds and royal gala red apples, and a lingering sweet cacao aftertaste.
