They split their lineup into three clear ranges: House for classic comfort (think chocolate and caramel), Trust for direct-impact coffees with stories behind them, and Explore for a rotating monthly adventure in wilder taste profiles. Subscriptions are very much a thing. They ship coffee by sail where possible, package 100% plastic-free, and operate on a philosophy that coffee and business can be a force for positive change. Their beans fuel activists at Surfers Against Sewage, and they've been cultivating long-term producer relationships—seven years with one Nicaraguan partner alone. Small outfit, big conscience.
