Madegi
Summary
Madegi is an Ethiopian coffee from Snap Coffee's various washing stations, named after the Amharic word for 'to grow'. The lots comprise field varieties including Wolisho, Dega and Kurume, organically grown, hand harvested, depulped and fermented, fully washed and dried on raised beds. The palate is characterised by dark berries, cardamom and floral notes.
