Summary
Legacy is a blend by Workshop Coffee combining two washed coffees: Bourbon from Manuel Patilla Carrasco's Finca Limonniyoc in Valle Inca, Cusco, Peru (1,800m, organic) and Wolisho, Dega, Kurume, 74110 & 74112 varieties from 257 farmers at Raro Boda washing station in Guji, Ethiopia (organically grown in natural forest). The Peruvian coffee undergoes 32-hour fermentation followed by washed processing and 18 days on raised beds. The Ethiopian coffee is depulped, fermented for 48 hours and sun-dried on raised beds. Flavour notes include baking spice, toffee and jammy. Packaged as 8 individual filter drip sachets (12g each) for convenient brewing without equipment.
