La Colorada Gesha
Summary
La Colorada Gesha is a single-origin Gesha cultivar from Eduardo Anacona's Finca La Colorada in Villa María, Íquira, Huila, Colombia. The coffee is hand-picked, depulped and dry fermented for 40 hours before being fully washed and slowly dried for 3 weeks under parabolic shade coverings. It expresses a sparkling pink lemonade character with elegant florals and ripe berry notes, with a palate of pink lemonade, floral and sweet cherry.
