Summary

A single-origin decaffeinated coffee from the Huila region of Colombia. Grown at 1,700 metres above sea level, this lot features Castilla, Colombia and Caturra varieties. The beans undergo a washed process and are decaffeinated using the sugar cane ethyl acetate (EA) method, a natural process where molasses-derived ethanol and acetic acid are used to dissolve and remove caffeine. Flavour notes include almond, stone fruit and honey.
