Single origin Colombian coffee from the Acevedo region, produced from the rare Pink Bourbon variety. Cherries are hand-picked and given an extended washed ferment to accentuate the fruit-forward character. The cup is bright and lively, with juicy strawberry sweetness, a sparkling lemon sherbet edge and a clean, refreshing finish. Best brewed as pour over or batch brew to highlight its sherbet-like sparkle and fresh strawberry notes.
