Summary

A single-origin coffee from Finca El Carmen estate in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec mountain range of Ahuachapán, El Salvador. Grown at 1,300 metres above sea level by the Alfaro family, now in its fourth generation. The lot consists of Red Bourbon variety, processed using the washed method with a 192-hour sealed fermentation followed by 25-30 days of sun drying on raised beds. Tasting notes include macadamia and strawberry.
