Summary
Wilderer Espresso is a dark-roasted espresso blend combining coffees from Brazil, India and Colombia. It consists of 80% Arabica and 20% Robusta, with varieties Yellow Catuai, Caturra, Castillo, Peredenya and SLN274, processed by natural, washed and honey methods. Grown at 1,100–1,850 m, it offers intense dark chocolate, nutty and spicy notes, a full body, stable crema and pleasant bitterness with low acidity. Suited to portafilter, moka pot and fully automatic machines.
