Summary
BALTHASAR No. 11 Espresso is a dark-roasted espresso blend of coffees from Brazil (Capim Branco), Indonesia (Pollung), and Ethiopia (Guji). The blend includes varieties Yellow Icatú, Heirloom, Sigarar Utang, Typica, and SL-795, processed by both natural and washed methods, and grown up to 2,200 m. The cup offers flavors of milk chocolate, caramel, and red berries with an intense body and long finish.

Grind: very finely ground
- 1.Remove the portafilter and wipe it with a cloth
- 2.Add 19 g of very finely ground coffee for a double shot into the filter
- 3.Distribute the coffee grounds evenly, then compact them using a tamper and a pressure of approx. 15 kg.
- 4.Rinse the brewing group and clamp the portafilter
- 5.Place the cups under the spout and start the brewing process. This should take about 25-30 seconds (38-40 ml).
