Rayane Morais is a single-origin coffee from producer Rayane Morais at Sítio 5 Estrelas in Bom Sucesso, Minas Gerais, Brazil. The Acaia variety coffee undergoes natural processing: ripe cherries are floated to separate defects, then placed on concrete patios for 48 hours of spontaneous fermentation, followed by 25 days of drying. Grown at 1020 meters above sea level. Flavour notes include golden kiwi, pomelo, and hazelnut schnapps. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
